No, honestly — I’m not really a bagel person. Never thought I was. But then someone handed me this everything bagel, schmeared thick, warm from the oven… what’s this crispy bit? Sesame crust? And that spread — what is that, whipped herb cream cheese? Oh. Oh, that’s different.
Our goal isn’t just a bagel. That would be too easy. We want you to feel something when you tear into it. That’s harder to do than it sounds — and we do it. How? We don’t cut corners — not on ingredients, not on technique, not on flavour. Our naturally fermented dough is slow-proved for 24 hours. Our smoked salmon comes from sustainable Scottish waters. Our cream cheese is whipped daily in-house. Our everything seasoning is blended to our own recipe. By day, a bagel destination. By night, something else entirely.
